The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday demanded a government accommodation for outgoing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, saying he is entitled to it on account of being the convener of a national party.

AAP MP Raghav Chadha said that as the leader of a national party, he is entitled to government-provided accommodation and the Centre should grant him that

"Give a chance to Arvind Kejriwal. If he works for the people then vote for him next time, otherwise do not vote for him," AAP’s national general secretary (organisation) Sandeep Pathak said.

Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav termed former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's promise to leave his official residence a 'big drama' staged to mislead people. Yadav further said he should have left the house as soon as he quit.
