Sonic X Shadow Generations is getting some key DLC tied to the upcoming film, but even the dev team didn't know the full score.

We already knew Keanu Reeves would be voicing Shadow in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3, but he's taking his voice talents to Sega's video games as well. Announced during today's Sony State of Play,

On the September 24, 2024, PlayStation State of Play, Sony revealed that Keanu Reeves will be voicing Shadow in a special DLC crossover with the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie. This DLC will be included in the digital deluxe version, which also features three-day early access.

Keanu Reeves will lend their voice to Shadow The Hedgehog in the forthcoming Sonic The Hedgehog 3 film, and they’re going to deliver more Shadow action in the gaming world. Sega has announced the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Movie Pack will be coming to Sonic x Shadow Generations as DLC just ahead of the film's release. And yes, it'll star Keanu Reeves as the voice of Shadow.
