The situation got seemingly more awkward this week when the Halls filed for divorce after two years of marriage.

The documents also state that Josh is to pay back the $35,000 he reportedly transferred to himself in July, Page Six reported. Josh said the money was used to pay bills on their rental properties. It was also revealed that Christina has agreed to give Josh a $100,000 advance, which is to be used for bills and attorney fees.
