Search and rescue workers were fanning through the small town of Chimney Rock east of Asheville Monday after it was almost entirely wiped out.

We found the answer at the Lake Lure Green Space parks and recreation center, where they had a donation table set up on Monday, Sept. 30. Those running the drive are hoping people will come in and make donations that are being distributed to community members in need.
